Easter Show Quilts

I went to the Royal Easter Show today, which is Sydney's biggest annual agricultural show held at Homebush Bay Olympic Park.

It was a tiring day traipsing around, but we had a good time. Some of the highlights included a fashion show by design students from Armidale, tasting lots of produce in the fresh food pavillion, patting some lovely goats and being snuffled and licked by beautiful piglets.

And of course, looking at all of the crafts was a big feature too. There were some beautiful knits, crochet items and lovely patchwork and applique. I took a few quick photos below.

Wow, what a fantastic collection of quilts. The show is fabulous but exhausting. Glad you had such a nice time. Ann :-)
